Feuerring, Maximilian
(1896-1985)
   Polish-Australian painter. Born in Lvov, Poland, he studied at the art school in Berlin, Florence, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, and Paris and Warsaw. He taught at the Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw from 1934-9. From 1947 to 1950 he taught at the Universitat International, Munich. He later settled in Australia.
